Founded in 1971, Sodel specializes in the formulation, manufacture and marketing of hygiene and disinfection products for hygiene professionals combating nosocomial infections in the health care sector, as well as the restaurant and catering industries.

At its headquarters in Lisieux, the company designs and manufactures a wide range of products under the brand name exeol, which it markets in France and internationally to more than 1,100 customers.

HLD, together with the company’s management, aims to create a leading European player on the segment of hygiene and disinfection for medical environments. Our investment will support a growth plan in France and internationally, set against a changing and increasingly stringentregulatory environment.
