The Vilavi Group is one of France's leading insurance brokers for individuals and professionals. Founded in 1975, the group historically focused on a physical distribution model for individuals, but has since diversified into a multi-channel distribution model comprising :

• the historic branch network under the Assu2000 banner,
• two online distribution brands (EuroAssurance and Assuréo),
• and a wholesale brokerage arm (Maxance).

The HLD group was attracted by Vilavi's omnichannel model, the group's excellent reputation with both insurers and customers, and the group's strong commercial DNA. Our ambition is now to support Vilavi's development plan, which focuses on accelerating digital distribution and the wholesale channel, as well as extending the product offering to tap new market segments.
