Clariane is a leading provider of care and support services for the frail, structured around 3 main activities: nursing homes, specialized healthcare facilities and services, and homes and shared habitats. Present in 6 European countries, the group plays a major role in essential public service missions in times of fragility, in particular the care of the elderly.

In June 2024, HLD took part in a capital increase aimed at strengthening the Group's financial structure, in order to ensure its future development on a sustainable basis. We are convinced that the Group, through the quality of its teams and its operating model, is one of the best equipped players to meet the challenges of an ageing population. Through its representation on the Board of Directors and its various committees, HLD will be able to contribute its experience as a shareholder in the healthcare sector.
