CLARIANE COMPLETES A DECISIVE STAGE IN ITS TRANSFORMATION.

With the sale of the Petits-fils network to Crédit Agricole Santé & Territoires, Clariane has completed the plan to strengthen its financial structure initiated in 2023 and achieved its target of €1 billion in disposals. The sale of the various operating assets was carried out under attractive financial conditions (average valuation multiple at disposal of 14x EBITDA). Welcomed by investors, this transaction brings to a close a demanding period of financial stabilization and debt reduction. In this context, the capital increase carried out with the entry of HLD, the refocusing of the group on its activities, and the securing of its room for maneuver allow Clariane to open a new chapter, ahead of schedule, and in a climate of renewed confidence around a robust corporate identity.
