New acquisition for TSG in the solar sector

With the acquisition of Alvarez Solaire SARL, a photovoltaic specialist based in south-west France, TSG has strengthened its solar expertise as part of a strategy of targeted acquisitions. This latest acquisition comes just a few days after that of Kegler Kälte - Klimatechnik Service GmbH & Co. Kg in Germany, and enables TSG, Europe's leading provider of technical services for responsible mobility solutions, to pursue its development and diversification drive by strengthening its territorial coverage.
