Exosens acquires Quebec-based LR Tech

One month after the acquisition of UK-based Centronic, Exosens completes the acquisition of Quebec-based LR Tech, a player in the field of Fourier transform infrared spectroradiometers. This new transaction is in line with the Group's strategy of developing through the acquisition of qualified companies, in order to accelerate growth and strengthen its expertise. The complementarities between TELOPS and LR Tech will enable Exosens to occupy a leading position in the highly demanding sector of spectroscopy instruments.
