Cédric Boxberger

Cédric is in charge of Small Cap/SMID. He uses his extensive experience and expertise to identify companies with strong development potential, particularly in the Business and Financial Services and Tech, Media and Telecommunication verticals.

He started his consulting career in the restructuring of distressed SMEs with the Deloitte group, where he worked from 2004 to 2008. He entered the world of private equity in 2008 by joining the teams of OFI Private Equity, now Eurazeo Small-Mid Buyout. In 2012, he was involved in the creation and development of the entrepreneurial fund Capital Croissance, where he became Managing Partner in 2019 and completed some 15 transactions.
