Florian supports HLD portfolio companies with their transformation projects, with a focus on financial control, commercial and operational efficiency, and digital transformation.
He started his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank in London, before joining AlixPartners in Paris as a consultant with a focus on restructuring and turnaround. He then held roles in strategy and finance at 2 Swedish tech companies, where he was based first in Dubai and then in Stockholm.
