From 3% to 4%... in six years!

In its Best Practices section, L’Agefi looks back at TSG’s transformation and the progress it has made with HLD’s support since 2020. Thank you to Virginie Deneuville for shedding light on a journey of which we are particularly proud. In six years, the Group has tripled its turnover, completed more than 40 acquisitions and increased the share of its business linked to low-carbon energy from 3% to 45%. Behind these figures lies, above all, the industrial transformation of a long-standing specialist in fuel distribution infrastructure, which has become a major player in mobility and energy infrastructure across Europe. This transformation was enabled by HLD’s time-flexible approach, which gave TSG the means to carry out a structural transformation towards new energy sources. Six years on, HLD is continuing the journey by reinvesting alongside the management team and Capvest to support the next stage of TSG’s development, while keeping a 30% stake.
