Groupe HLD strengthens its investment team in Italy All Groupe HLD teams are pleased to welcome Martina Di Gioia as Director and Matteo Crocenzi as Analyst, to enrich the Milan office with their expertise. Investment Director at Aksìa Group SGR (a leading player in the private equity industry specialized in the Italian market) then Vice President at L Catterton, Martina Di Gioia spent more than 9 years in the private equity sector, where she made more than 25 buyouts across a wide range of sectors. Thus, the Milan office will be able to count on Martina’s expertise to contribute to the growth of portfolio companies as well as the search for new investment opportunities. With his experience in the M&A Large Cap team at Intesa Sanpaolo IMI Corporate & Investment Banking as well as in investment banking at Barclays within the M&A division in Milan, Matteo Crocenzi brings his expertise and financial knowledge to analysis of portfolio companies and investment opportunities. With a team of 6 people in Italy, Groupe HLD is thus pursuing its European development by relying on talents in each country to implement its vision and carry its ambition in terms of investment.
