Acquisition : Exosens élargit son expertise !

Exosens is pursuing its development strategy with the signing of an agreement to acquire NVLS (Night Vision Laser Spain), a Spanish specialist in the development and manufacture of portable night vision and thermal imaging equipment. This new transaction will enable the Group to broaden its expertise in optics and mechanics, while strengthening its capacity for long-term innovation in multi-sensor platforms.
