Xavier Buck

As a specialist in the tech and internet sectors, Xavier brings his knowledge and critical perspective to the digital dimension of HLD's activities.

An entrepreneur and investor from Luxembourg, he has been working for more than 20 years in the field of information and communication technologies. In 2000, he founded the domain name registrar EuroDNS and the hosting company Datacenter Luxembourg. In 2012, the creation of the investment vehicle Dicé Invest allowed him to support and invest in start-ups and companies with potential. He is a member of numerous boards of directors and advisory committees.
