TSG completes its biggest ever external growth operation... in solar power!

TSG's acquisition of Italian solar energy specialist SKY-NRG (€60m sales, 100 employees and over 720 solar power plants installed between 2021 and 2023) is part of an ambitious strategic transformation plan, accelerated since the arrival of the HLD Group, to provide fully integrated electrical solutions to its customers. This 27th build-up in 3 years, combined with robust organic growth, reinforces TSG's position as European leader in technical services for responsible mobility solutions, and enables the Group to achieve €100 million in solar energy.
