Infodis joins Groupe HLD companies

Groupe HLD is proud to have a new company within the Group: Infodis, a major player and specialist in outsourcing integration services and IT infrastructures support. As one of the fast-growing French IT consulting companies, Infodis will be able to rely on the financial and operational expertise of the Groupe HLD to accelerate its development in France and internationally, particularly in the context of acquisitions targeted at high value-added IT expertise. This new acquisition (22nd company in the portfolio) is fully in line with the investment strategy of the Groupe HLD, which for several months has opened up its acquisition trajectory to the small / mid cap market.
