HLD invests in Sarenza alongside BPI France

Founded in 2005, Sarenza is the only e-retailer specializing in footwear and aims to become the reference site for this category in Europe.

Having always made customer satisfaction its priority, Sarenza's efforts have been rewarded by more than 3 million loyal customers in Europe. It offers the richest range of products on the market, with more than 750 brands for more than 55,000 different products and 1 million products in stock in its warehouse in Beauvais. Sarenza relies on its model, which has remained unchanged since its creation: transparency, choice, trend monitoring and constantly improved service... thus offering exclusive free 24-hour delivery in France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg in 9,000 relay points and by Chronopost.

Sarenza illustrates the French success story that is still possible by keeping 100% of its jobs (175 employees) in France and its headquarters in Paris - Opéra.

HLD and its co-investors will support the company in its development plan, which aims at strengthening its leadership in France while strongly accelerating its international development. The management team, composed of Stéphane Treppoz and Hélène Boulet-Supau, remains the majority shareholder and is committed to the long term alongside the new investors.
