HLD Day: how AI is shaping human resources…

On Thursday 8 October, 14 of the Group’s companies gathered for a day of work and discussion – organised by Van Anh Truong and Julien Cordouan (HLD) – dedicated to the application of AI to Human Resources. Augmented recruitment, digital transformation, pay transparency, employee onboarding, KPI management… a wide range of topics were covered, thanks to the contributions of our member companies and experts, who shared a common knowledge base and offered insights from organisations with proven track records. So thank you to all the participants, and a special thank you to Bella Zisere (Exosens) and Aline Baudet (52 Entertainment) for sharing their experiences, as well as to Arnaud Denis and Franck Walter (Aikho) and Alexandre Imbeaux (Lucca) for their contributions!
