"HLD au féminin", a community of talent!

25 women from the HLD Group, representing 10 of our 23 holdings as well as the Holding Company, met on Friday 22 September, at the initiative of Salomé Perruchon, to develop a certain transversality and launch a series of "HLD au Féminin" meetings. The Group relies on remarkable personalities to deploy ambitious strategies throughout the world, in which women play a major role: at the head of our companies, BU Managers, Partners, Founders, etc., they represent the plurality of our 23 holdings and, through their leadership, promote a spirit of entrepreneurship and daring. Their vision, commitment and creativity are often major assets, particularly in certain historically more masculine sectors such as industry, and these meetings should help to further strengthen their place in the Group.
