Groupe Infodis becomes Tenexa

One year after the arrival of HLD as a shareholder, Groupe Infodis has doubled its size to over €100 million in turnover, made 3 strategic acquisitions (Quodagis, Atexweb and Prolival) and now employs over 1,000 people. To embody the dynamics of this trajectory, the convergence of the Group's expertise, and to support the acceleration of its development in Cloud services, Cybersecurity and global outsourcing of IT services, the Infodis Group is changing its name to Tenexa.
