Exosens: £1 million for space innovation
Recognised worldwide as a major innovator in optoelectronics, Exosens has been developing and manufacturing cutting-edge electro-optical technologies for 85 years to solve complex problems in extremely demanding environments.
In collaboration with Leicester's Space Park, the Group has therefore just invested nearly €1.2m to help create a centre of excellence in optical research and manufacturing, reinforcing its commitment to the space sector.
As a high-tech company, Exosens will play an important role in the METEOR space programme, which brings together more than 100 researchers and R&D staff to meet the challenges of Earth observation and advance the future of space exploration. Congratulations to Jérôme Cerisier and all the Exosens teams around the world (11 locations in Europe and North America) who are helping to innovate and deploy the Group's expertise in new sectors.
