As part of the extremely dynamic year 2024, Exosens has just entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring Noxant, a specialist in high-performance cooled infrared cameras. This 4th external growth operation since its IPO last June (after Centronic - UK, LR Tech - Quebec, NVLS - Spain) should enable Exosens to strengthen its technological platform while developing significant synergies within the Group.
