With the acquisition of Prolival, Infodis is accelerating the transformation strategy initiated by Stéphane Clément and his teams since Groupe HLD became a shareholder. This third transaction in less than a year (following those of Atexweb in April 2023 and Quodagis last November) offers strong opportunities for organic growth and enables the Group to offer a full, integrated range of services, from managed IT infrastructure services to end-to-end outsourcing, guaranteeing cyber protection for the entire IT environment.
