ESG is a journey that is built over time, alongside our portfolio companies, taking into account their business lines, challenges and realities. This journey is chronicled in our new ESG report, through the combined perspectives of HLD’s teams, the ESG managers at our portfolio companies and our partners. This year, we have chosen to expand on this with a dedicated digital experience, combining editorial content and video testimonials centred on four key dimensions of our approach: Sharing and steering a vision – Empowering success – Acting together with conviction – Fostering a sense of community.
