TSG is accelerating its growth trajectory with two targeted acquisitions in the United Kingdom and the Netherlands, further solidifying its position as a key player in the energy transition for mobility in Europe. By integrating Powertek Utilities and Van der Heijden, the Group is consolidating its expertise in key segments—electrification, networks, and industrial infrastructure—and strengthening its presence in rapidly growing markets. These transactions illustrate a long-term strategy to build, with the support of the HLD Group, a pan-European player capable of offering integrated multi-energy and multi-technical solutions by combining external growth (nearly 50 acquisitions in less than 4 years), the development of internal teams’ skills, and robust organic growth.
