M-Cube strengthens its governance with two strategic appointments!

The appointments of Gianluca Pasquali as CEO and Markus Korn as CSO mark an important step in M-Cube's development plan to accelerate the Group's growth. Gianluca Pasquali joined Vodafone in 2011, building on his strategic consulting expertise acquired at PricewaterhouseCoopers and then at the Boston Consulting Group (Italy and US). For almost 14 years, Gianluca has held key positions (including Director of the Consumer Business Unit, Director of the Wholesale Business Unit and Director of Commercial Operations in Italy, as well as Director of Retail, Digital and Operations for the whole Group) and will be able to draw on this trajectory to bring a major strategic vision to accelerate M-Cube's growth and transformation. After senior positions at LG Electronics and Samsung and over 25 years' experience in the IT, digital and innovation sectors, Markus Korn will be able to draw on his many commercial successes in highly competitive markets to drive the Group's commercial development on a European scale. With the support of the founding partners (Manlio Romanelli, Leonardo Comelli, Mike Sponza) and the HLD Group, the Group will be able to draw on their expertise to consolidate its position as European leader in in-store digital solutions and continue to grow.
