International growth: Kiloutou expands into Ireland

With the acquisition of KDM Hire, Kiloutou is entering a new market and accelerating the growth of its international business, which now accounts for 43% of its revenue (2030 target: more than 50%). A key player in equipment rental in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, KDM Hire relies on a network of 7 locations (Belfast, Dublin, Cork, etc.) and 250 employees to serve a diverse client base ranging from major construction firms to pharmaceutical companies or event organizers. This external growth transaction (the 10th since October 2024) enables Kiloutou to establish a foothold in a particularly dynamic economy (significant investments in infrastructure, energy, and data centers) and serves as an important lever in executing the Group’s strategy, which combines organic growth with targeted acquisitions.
