Brice Couton joins the Groupe HLD

HLD is delighted to welcome Brice Couton, who joins the Group's French offices as part of the team led by Cédric Boxberger. With a Master's degree in Business Management (EDHEC Business School) and an MBA in Corporate Finance (University of Alberta), Brice began his career at Deloitte, working successively in the Valuation & Business Modeling and Transaction Services teams before joining Isatis Capital. The numerous transactions carried out at Isatis Capital over eight years and his support for companies mainly in the IT, business services, medical, and industrial sectors are a major asset for HLD, which will be able to count on his in-depth understanding of sector issues and his ability to grow the companies in its portfolio. The management teams of our portfolio companies will also be able to draw on his strategic and operational approach to support their development. Welcome, Brice!
