Acquisition of brokerage firm Entoria

The HLD Group is pleased to announce that it has entered into exclusive negotiations with a view to acquiring a majority stake in brokerage firm Entoria. With its expertise in financial services and insurance brokerage (notably through the acquisition of Vilavi in 2023), the HLD Group will provide Entoria, the Group's 22nd investment, with strategic, operational, and financial support to enable it to accelerate its development.
