M&A: TSG acquires Nordic Gas Solutions

With the acquisition of Nordic Gas Solutions, TSG Group strengthens its position as a key player in the energy transition for sustainable mobility in Europe. Indeed, this 18th acquisition in 20 months supports the Group’s diversification strategy, which will thus be able to rely on expert teams to extend low-carbon solutions suitable for heavy transportation (Gas, Biogas, Hydrogen…).
