Kiloutou expands in Spain with the acquisition of Valser S.A.

Kiloutou is continuing its expansion in Europe and strengthening its position in Spain with the acquisition of Valser S.A. in the Valencia area. The 3 agencies and 42 employees of Valser S.A. will strengthen the Group's network of 22 offices and 250 employees in Spain on the Mediterranean coast. This operation is fully in line with the international growth strategy initiated by Kiloutou in recent years in Poland, Germany, Italy, Denmark, Portugal and Spain.
