Infodis acquires Quodagis Integration

The acquisition of Quodagis Integration by Infodis (following that of Atexweb) illustrates the determination and speed with which the Group is deploying its growth strategy following Groupe HLD's acquisition of a majority stake in the company last March. This second acquisition in less than 6 months, which coincides with the simultaneous creation of Infodis Iberica in Barcelona and the opening of a new agency in Toulouse, will enable the Group to create a centre of excellence in Consulting and to offer complete multi-publisher solutions to its customers.
