HLD supports its companies in tackling new sales challenges

Given the rapid transformation of many markets, the changing expectations of sales teams and the increase in competition, HLD, at the initiative of julien cordouan, brought together some of its companies to understand the new sales challenges and share best practice. On the premises and with the support of Uptoo, a sales recruitment specialist, participants were able to benefit from the experience of Quentin Demade, Joffrey Roland and Yann Renard, as well as share their own experiences. Recruitment and on-boarding of teams, the sales process, lead generation, the contribution of technology to the sales process... all subjects were addressed to transform these changes into new opportunities within the framework of a cross-functional approach.
